A Referral Slip has three-parts with white, pink and yellow copies.
It should be filled out as completely and legibly as possible. Remember to indicate "How Hot it is", circle the appropriate level from "Tepid" to "Hot", those are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
The white copy goes to the BNI Member you are passing the referral to, the pink copy goes in the basket for the drawing of the week "10 Minutes Presentation" door prize, and the yellow copy you keep for follow up.
Do not pass a cold call, should verify with the person you are referring from before giving the Referring Slip to the BNI Member you are passing the referral to.
